I am a Cosmetologist, I have a degree in health administration and patient records with a pharmacy interest. I have been licensed in cosmetology in Los Angeles, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut, New York, as well as, St. Louis Missouri. I have a holistic background in the hair industry which started with Aveda. It is a lifestyle... how you eat, what you put in your body, comes out and shows up in your hair, skin, nails, and eyes. The body is a special machine, it needs to be nurtured for "whole results." Aveda as well as other known establishments that I have worked with has taught me to "care" first. I have always considered myself a hair care specialist. Product and tool knowledge can carry you far.
Food and water is vital to your health. If what you are ingesting in your body is good, you will see this show up in your hair as well as the outside of your body. Think before you eat or drink is my philosophy.

Kym 360 has provided me assistance in everything for my personal wellness journey from hair care to fashion ideas for job interviews, luncheons, date night and more. Kym 360 has given me a comprehensive guide to a healthier lifestyle by providing recipes for green juice, lunch and dinner ideas, vitamins for healthy hair and nails, Oh and I can't forget the fun stuff like wine tasting and the charcuterie platters for those friends or casual business gatherings. "Secrets for inner healing and outer beauty," this book came into my life at a critical time. I truly read and grabbed what I thought was for me. With that said, she is my SHERO she does not know it yet. But she will in due time. I believe in timing. If you want to start within and detox spirit, mind and body, I suggest this as a good read. The title of the book is "Soak Your Nuts!" If you are willing, you will see a difference.
